Going off birth control help?

My cycle started December 1st. I went off of birth control at that time as well. At cycle day 33 I took a first response frer test and saw a vfl (as did two of my friends). Then the following day I had this discharge in the toilet. The following two days I had extremely minimal light brown spotting. As in, hardly any... Did I have a chemical? Or was this my period? Or is my period yet to come? Thank you. EDIT: I last took an HCG test Sunday night. Negative. I took an LH test Tuesday night and very low/negative.
