Supplements to help increase milk supply?

With my first my supply never seemed to keep up with his demand and I wasn’t able to keep up. Looking to get help this time. Looking at helpful supplements etc. What helped you? What didn’t work? Thanks!

I picked a random pump but no supplements have made a super noticeable difference for me. Maybe slightly. The biggest thing is put the baby to your breast for them to feed and suckle all the time. My LO basically was nursing nonstop for a long time. Then power pumping. You have to do it EXACTLY like this. I tried to skimp a couple minutes here and there and my results were not the same. I can increase my supply my 5 ounces per day in about two days by power pumping 1-2x/day. Pump for 20mins, 10 min break, pump for 10mins, 10 min break and pump for 10 more mins. It makes such a huge difference! And just keep nursing that baby!!

Oatmeal, lots of water. Maybe Gatorade. I drink only half a day and it works for me.

Oatmeal cream pies aha only 1 a day or every other day and that’s it. I saw an increase with those and they’re so good 😬
