DPO7 symptoms. What’s yours?

I am on CD 22, 7 DPO. I have symptoms of:

1. Slightly sore boobs

2. One toothache with slight swelling gum

3. Lower back cramp

4. Ovary pain on L then R then back to L

5. Stiff neck on the base of my L shoulder. Muscle tension feels like.

6. Small nasal discharge

7. Fatigue in middle of day

8. Mild Uterus cramps

9. Frequent urine every hour or so in small amount

10. Feels good overall

What do you think??? Is it possible it could be earliest sign of preg or hormones?? I am not due for AF in a WEEK.
