TTC with HSV 1

Hi all, I’ve been diagnosed with HSV1 herpes simplex virus 1, 10 years ago. I got it from sharing a cup with a family member. (I know for sure, got symptoms literally right after) So here I am on my ovulation week and since then I’ve had about 3 outbreaks, a few years ago and now this week. It’s tingling on my lip. Me and My husband have been postponing ttc for a while, but does it make sense to postpone it again? I tried googling but no help.
