Bleeding after sex !!

I had sex with my boyfriend a couple hours ago, and during sex I felt a little bit of pain but it went away. After we were done I notice that the sheets had blood all over them. I already had my period this month. So I got really worried, I’m still stressing because I don’t know why I bled. I can’t go to the doctors because I’m 17 and My parents will kill me if they find out I’m sexually active. Can someone please help 😭
