High blood pressure ??

Monday’s appt my blood pressure was slightly high, barely.

Today’s appt bottom number was a bit high (88)

Now I was feeling nauseous, went to the bathroom googling hoping nausea could be a sign of labor in the next week or so (lol) then started to get a slight headache and dizzy. Then I remembered I should probably check my BP just to be safe.

These three are all 15 min apart. Do I need to call my doctor? Or just keep monitoring? I know Pre E is 140/90 (sustained I believe)

(Also, not told of any protein in urine at today’s appt, lost 2 pounds from Monday to today and not overly swollen - feet slightly)
