*Warning... Kinda gross pics* Peeing bloody clumps?

I woke up with an extreme urge to pee and at the end of the stream it started to hurt... And I don't mean just a little, enough that I had to cover my mouth with my nightgown and cry into it. I am currently in the bathroom again for about the 75th time tonight. I can't go more than two minutes between going to the bathroom and I'm only peeing little droplets every time but they always look like this. *See photos* When I wipe it is bright red, I don't know if it's bodily tissue or what but as you can see it's kind of stringy. I have a very long history of UTIs, kidney infections and kidney stones but I don't recall this sort of issue before. Any ideas on what this could be or how to get myself out of the bathroom long enough so that I can make it to the doctor's office without wearing a diaper? Thanks and sorry for the grossness.
