Period changed

I'm 23. My period has always been regular. I am sexually active. No protection. Been checked and cleaned with me and my man. However last month my period was two days late. And it didnt last long. Barely wore a tampon. This month, it is again now two days late. My cycle length went from 30 to now 32 and my periods are shorter and not a regular flow. Mine was never heavy but last one was small. Is this normal for it to randomly changed? Like I dont understand what's going on.
