Do you think I could still be or if not what could it be?

So in October I found out I had BV had went to the doctor and took the pills and I messed up a little bit with them but the infection was gone and I'm not having any symptoms of that. But what is happening is my last period ended October 27 and I haven't had one since but I have been having minor cramping with lost of clear discharge that smells like glue... I have head aches, back pains, bloated, sometimes I wake up really hot and I get dizzy. Last month I had the spotting brown and pink bleeding for a few days I waited a week and then took a test and came back negative I then took another one and it came back negative, I waited another week and then went to the hosptial and it came back negative. Now it's a month later and I'm still having minor cramping and discharge do you think I could be pregnant?
