Less helpful husband.

I feel like my husband is becoming less and less helpful. It's to the point that asking him to do anything makes him irritable or starts an argument. We have a difficult 9 month old and a 5 year old that I stay home with. I know he works so hard but I just dont think it's asking very much to put the baby to sleep ONCE out of the day and watch him for a few hours while I clean (as my break🙄) on his day off. He just got off from a 7 day stretch with one day in between switching from nights to days but that also means 7 days that I've been doing this all by myself. I didnt get to sleep at all last night either. Our sex life is becoming nonexistant because why would I have sex with someone who doesnt help out or even say thank you? I just dont even know what to do at this point. I've tried talking about it but he doesnt make changes.
