Motherhood is hard *venting*

I had my daughter 3 months ago and being a mom is just so overwhelming . My husband doesn’t help out at all , he doesn’t even change diapers so I do everything on my own . I get he can’t help feed her because I breastfeed but why is just taking the initiative to change at least 1 diaper so hard ?! When he’s home hes on his phone from the time he wakes up to the time he goes to bed at night , I feel like I’m doing this all by myself and it makes me so upset . The only thing he does is sometimes watch her while I go shower but majority of the time I bring her in the bathroom with me and I just put her in her bouncy chair with a toy . I just feel like I can’t catch a break 😏
