Dizziness

So about a month ago I had a dizzy spell that wouldn't go away so I went to the emergency room bc I'd never had that happen before and all they did was a chest xray (not sure why bc I didn't have anything but the dizziness) and drew blood and said I had vertigo and prescribed me meds for the dizziness and sent me home and told me the see my primary (I didnt have insurance at that moment so no primary to see) my dizziness lasted the rest of that night and into the next day and ever since then it's been happening pretty much every day. Some days are worse then other's and it's making life very difficult to live.. I just wanna go back to feeling normal bc it's even affecting my job.. I finally got insurance and plan to get a doctor but I wanna know if anyone else has dealt with this and what was your diagnosis.. I'm feeling very down bc of this.. It's becoming a lot to deal with 😔
