Can you get your nose pierced while pregnant?

I want to get my nose pierced but I’m 11 weeks. I’ve heard you can’t get piercings while pregnant which seems to make sense since the risk of infection. But my mil said it’s okay to get my nose pierced? Does anyone know?

Personally I wouldn’t do it. I’d wait till after baby is born. I don’t think most professionals will do it if they know your pregnant anyway.

I wouldn’t, honestly I’ve gotten alotttt of piercings & never had an issue with any other piercing except my nose and cartilage. My nose got so infected at first, I wouldn’t risk it.
