Is it the clomid or the trigger or both?

I did my trigger on 1/11 at night then was crampy all day sunday. Had lower back pain, ovaries hurt etc. Basically felt like i was on my period. Monday morning 1/13 had the IUI and felt very crampy all day especially on my right side but it would feel better when i laid down. Came home at night and had sex at 8pm. Did NOT want to have sex but did it just to increase chances. Also DONT wanna do it tonight either. Im very emotional. Crying for everything. Everything hurts my feelings and i literally sob! Last night i started bawling before DH even pulled out. Im never like this and i rarely cry. I did letrozole 2 months and had to cancel both cycles. This month clomid worked Thank God so we got to try IUI. ZERO side effects with letrozole btw.

1) is it the clomid or the trigger or both combined thats causing me to cry at everything?

2)is the trigger what caused uterus and lower back pain?

3) we had sex friday night, IUI monday morning then sex again monday night. Fo i have to do it tonight? Am I good? Because id rather do anything else.
