15dpo due stealer?!

I’m only 4 weeks and 4 days pregnant today.

I got my first positive (even on digitals) at 7dpo (5 days before my missed period)

I know for sure my calculations are right because of when I last had intercourse and I also temp to confirm ovulation.

My beta was 785 on Monday and I just took this test out of curiosity to see if my levels increased and I already have a light dye stealer!!!

Isn’t it really early for this much hcg? What are the chances it’s twins?

I am a twin and my father is a twin.
