Sciatica...??

Has anyone experienced sciatica in early pregnancy?? I’m 12 weeks now and I’m having the worst muscle pains that go from my left buttock to my left. The pain feels like I’ve been working out for a week. Any home remedies or good sleeping ideas

I have HORRIBLE sciatica issues when pregnant - almost immobile. Here’s what helps me: chiropractor, pregnancy sciatic stretches, rolling on a tennis ball, BioFreeze before bed and first thing in the morning, husband massaging area, pillow between the knees when sleeping, and tennis shoes all day, every day (it’s a very sexy look when paired w dresses for work 😆).
