Anyone else have this issue?

My youngest baby is almost 19 months old. My periods are pretty regular for the most part and I did have one this past month.

My left breast is so tender, like if my nipple brushes against my shirt it hurts. I looked to see if there was anything obvious going on and there’s not. However I am having some leaky discharge, no foul odor or anything like that. But I have noticed that it looked slightly Milky what is going on here???
