Light bleeding after Sex with IUD?

Hi ladies. So my SO and I had sex twice in one night as of last night and I noticed I have some very small bleeding. I know it’s far too light to be my period, like it’s pink compared to my period. This has never happened to me before until after I got my IUD. I do have a DR. Appointment On the 22nd to check my IUD is still in place. I’m just wondering if the bleeding after sex with an IUD is normal?

BTW I’m 21 with no kids and engaged to him(SO) and have had the IUD since before Christmas 2019
