I’m just amazed by my little guy

I know other baby’s do these things, but just to see my 4 day old baby interacting with his environment just makes me so happy.

He’s so nosy and picks his head up to see what’s going on. When he hears daddy’s voice across the room he will turn and look in his direction. And when you’re holding him and he’s awake his attention is directly on you and he’ll just stare into your eyes while you talk to him.

Right after he was born I flat out said ok no more kids (I was determined to not have an epidural, was induced for a few days, pushed for 3 hours and had his big head stuck crowning for 30 min 😂). But every time I look at my baby I just think, wasnt it worth it though, and is this the only time I ever want to go through this?
