My husband and I are buying our first home and will be moving late February-early March.

Our babe is 8.5 months now and sleeps in his crib in our room. We want to transition him to sleep in his own room in his crib when we move.

Should we take the crib away and have him sleep in his pack n play in our room here and for a couple weeks in the new house while his crib is in his new room I could put him down for naps in his crib in his room?

I want to make it the most painless and least scary transition for our babe.
