Lower abdomen is tight?

I had unprotected sex on Saturday. I am on birth control (Junel FE 24) and he pulled out but he did finish right above my clitoris and I wiped it off with a napkin. A few days ago, I had very stretchy brown discharge but it was only there once when I went to the bathroom that day (I figured that was irritation bleeding cause it did get rough at one point?). Since probably Sunday, my lower abdomen has been tight. I read something about a bruised cervix and thought that was what it was but now it’s been almost a week and my abdomen is still tight.
