Cramping horribly?

I’m 20 weeks and 3 days post partum and been having cramps the past 4 days or so. Today is the worst to the point I feel like I’m going to puke or pass out and I want to cry... no period. Took pregnancy test and negative. Only had sex twice since birth and it’s been 4 weeks since last time I had sex. Pulled out. Anyways has anyone else had the horrible pains? Wtf

Normal pms symptoms and I thought for sure it was returning but nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

I've had on and off horrible cramps and two, two day periods since giving birth. Once in November, and the second finished a few days back.

Do you breastfeed? This happened to me last week, too. I breastfeed and haven’t gotten my period yet and mentioned it to my sister the second day and she said I could be ovulating. I was curious so I took an ovulation test and bam. Blaring positive OPK. After the 3rd day I stopped cramping and now my OPKs are negative. I thought it was interesting since ovulation never hurt for me before. Just goes to show our uterus and ovaries and basically everything inside us will never be the same again lol 😂

Maybe your period will be coming soon. My first postpartum period was terrible!!! I had such painful periods in middle school and high school, but I think that one was the worst and it lasted so long! I also think I can now feel when I’m ovulating and I never had that before.
Hopefully other mamas have some other suggestions if it’s not your period!
