Has anyone else gained a crazy amount of weight with Nexplanon

I’ve been on nexplanon for about two years now and I’ve gained 40lb my doctor believes it’s from the implant because I’ve had some other negative symptoms and no matter what I do I can’t keep the weight off I recently lost 10lbs abso was so excited but it’s like my body was mad about it and within the last two days I’ve gained 5lbs of it back 🤦🏽‍♀️😫 I’m getting it taken out in a couple weeks but has anybody else has this happen?
