Non depressing bc?
Is here a type of birth control I can take that won’t make me more depressed? I’m on the pill rn and considering I already have depression it’s making it worse. Last night I spend hours crying and I don’t even know why. I just felt broken and sad and like I wanted to die. I wasn’t diagnosed with depression until after I got put on the pill
