Restless baby

Is anyone elses baby restless at night? She sleeps in her cot in our bedroom and she is constantly rolling around. This then causes her to wake atleast 2-3 times a night.

She use to sleep through the night doing 11-12 hours stretches until the 4 month regression hit and now im so sleep deprived I feel like I cant function.

I currently breastfeed to sleep as Cry it out just didnt work because she would become hysterical (even the gentle form of CIO).

I need my sleep back! Any tips on how I can get her to sleep better?

Also while I am here she started solids a while ago and had 1 bowel movement today in the past 3 days (normal bowel movement not hard) What can I give to help her go because I feel like she tries to go but cant.
