Is going out to workout 1 hour a day too much to ask for?
Serious question. I want to start working out, get a gym membership just to clear my head.. my SO works Saturday-Thursday 10-12 hour shifts. I understand him being tired when he gets out of work but so am I. I’m stuck with 3 kids 24-7 & this mama needs an outlet. My son is 2 months today. Is it too soon? Just want other mamas input before I talk to him about it. To hopefully give me a boost.
