Pregnant

So my last period was December 14th. Tonight l had really bad abdominal pain so l went to the er to get checked. They found l had a severe bladder infection and a yeast infection-ugh. Im also pregnant and worried as my last mc was caused by a UTI. They said my gestational sac is 4 mm. On my paperwork now l see l also have an ovarian cyst that is 2.2 cm in size. Should they have mentioned that to me? My hcg is at 3310.6. They did not mention how far along they think l am yet but lm guessing 5 weeks? What do you think? I am so nervous.
