Advice please

So me and my husband got a black lab in June as a puppy and I ended up getting pregnant a couple months later. She was doing good as far as house training but has a few accidents in her cage from time to time. Last month I got put on bed rest with risk of preterm labor and I was in the hospital for 3 days. Since I’ve been home? She’s been acting out pooping in her cage pushing it toward the front for us to see and refusing to eat since I’ve been home and she doing it on purpose. I feel so bad because it all falls on my husband who works for 12+ hrs then has to come home help with dinner and clean the dog because I can’t do much. We tried different methods of training, etc. nothing is working and she is so rebellious. I don’t know what to do and it’s only going to get worse once baby is here. Help 😞
