Sorry it’s a bad picture my 9months baby wouldn’t stop moving but it started this morning and hasn’t went away. No I haven’t switch detergent I only use the baby kind of him since he was born and on everything he lays on

Could be roseola. If it is it’s nothing to worry about, babies usually get it after a fever.

I wouldn’t be too terribly concerned unless he has a fever or is acting weird. He might be fighting off a virus or something irritated him. Maybe heat rash. You can try baby benedryl. And a bath and your regular lotion.
