stomach pain everyday

so i get stomach pain everyday no i’m not sick , no fevers , no loose stools unless i eat something that doesn’t agree with me of course 😂😂😂 no vomiting .. just everyday stomach cramps , i had a baby 7 months ago .. is it possible my body is still adjusting from that ? i’m also on the implant ? can the implant cause stomach problems ?? when i don’t eat that’s when i tend to get these weird stomach pains and some nausea but when i eat i feel fine and the cycle repeats .. can anyone relate or tell me what this may be
