My 3 month old started fighting naps hard, she’s great at night with no issues and sleeps through out the night but during the day she kicks slaps and claws me while I am trying to get her down. Sadly she really doesn’t give me cues and she goes from happy baby to instantly crying and it gets worse and worse until she finally falls asleep. Rocking and some snuggles used to work now it seems like nothing works and she doesn’t want her paci till she’s cried herself almost to sleep in my arms, and I can’t even go off time frame of awake and sleep because in the morning she will be up for less then 30 min and she will start this. What can I do to help her fall asleep without having this crazy fit for 20 min ??
