Opinions needed ASAP!

I’m making my husband leave work early to come take me to the hospital for a very horrible ear ache. Can’t even touch my ear it hurts so bad. It’s currently 11:55pm here. My daughter is currently sick also and I was going to make her an appointment with her pediatrician tomorrow when they open or should I just take her to er to be seen also? Just was diagnosed with RSV like 3 weeks ago and I thought she was going better but apparently not. She has a horrible cough, runny nose, cry’s every time she coughs, and both eyes are staying mattered up. I have to keep wiping them to remove the matter. So should I take her also or wait to call her pediatrician tomorrow to make an appointment?
