Coming off birth control
I’ve been on the depo shot on and off for about 6yrs and i want to stop getting it. I’m kinda nervous as to before depo I had really bad periods and I never really had a good cycle after it cuz depo took my period away. Is there anything I should know coming off? Did it really mess up people’s bodies like they are saying? I’m scared I want more kids so I want to get my body healthy and back on track
