Fever from Flu Shot?

My little one got the flu shot yesterday for the first time and now he’s up, restless and has a low grade fever. I gave him some Motrin but has this happened to anyone else? He also got his MMR vaccine and one other but for the life of me I can’t remember the name.

That's normal. Just keep soothing him, monitor the fever and give tylenol here and there if it persists.

It's super common to have a fever after having immunisations, especially MMR. Just keep up his fluids, make sure hes not dressed to hot and give regular paracetamol as needed. It was pass x

Keep an eye on him. My son got the DPT shot and had 104-105 fever and it was an allergic reaction. (Doctor confirmed)
