how do you keep a workout routine with littles??? I have 5 & i work full time. 3 oldest are in elementary school. I work from 4pm-12am. so i get roughly 4-5hrs of sleep. my 2yr old doesn't nap but my 10 month old does. between school, house work, baby/toddler & mommy time, work & squeezing in older kid/mommy time on weekends I feel so exhausted!!! I want to get into shape again so I can feel better. how do you ladies do it?!
