Elliptical vs. Bike?
So I have an elliptical trainer that converts to a bike. I find I definitely sweat more when doing the elliptical but the bike is a lot easier. Any fitness experts out there know which one I can benefit more from? Also which parts of the body do each focus on? I’m looking to lose weight over my entire body not just one section. I’d like to lose at least 30 lbs to get to my goal weight.
