ABNORMAL BLEEDING - HELP -

Hi guys

So for the past 3 months now I've been having my period then a few days later ( 5 days or so ) I'll start bleeding out of nowhere but it's not like a period it's just bleeding and its heavy and can last up to 2 weeks at a time. I'm so confused - I am due to see someone next week however has anyone else experienced this? Also feeling REALLY tired and sore. And i just feel like the past few months have been constant PMS symptoms with barely any happy normal days inbetween.

The build up to my period is honestly about 2 weeks of horrible fatigue and pain then it lasts 3 days. Then comes the bleeding mid cycle. Any advise appreciated
