How do you ladies prevent yeast infections??

for the past few years I’ve been getting yeast infections non stop!! Monistat 1 does work for me, I use it every time I get a yeast infection. I’m talking it’s almost every month I’ll have one.. I can’t seem to make them stop!! I take yeast guard daily and a uti cleanse vitamin, as well as my prenatals since we’re ttc.. any tips/advice please!!

Monistat 1 rarely works unless you catch it at like the very first second you think you have one. The 3 and 7 day treatments are more effective. 
Take a daily probiotic specific to vaginal health that contains lactobacillus. Have a daily serving of fermented food such as yogurt, kombucha, kimchee, etc. Dont use scented soaps or lotions and dont stick anything in your vagina trying to clean it. Wear cotton underwear. Don't sit around in wet bottoms like a swim suit or sweat soaked work out clothes. Cut back on highly processed and sugared foods. Have your partner get tested for a yeast infection to make sure you aren't passing it back and forth to each other.

Wear condoms. Don’t let him cum in you. Cotton underwear. Always pee after sex. Eat yogurt. Pre/pro biotics. Keep hydrated. Eating apples. Keeps you naturally wet down there. I’m 41 only had 1 ever monistat 3 worth while ovule insert and external cream is what I used.
