Baby weight
So I have a 7 month old and I work, go to school and watch him. I have little to no me time because I have to take care of my home and my husband. We both have crazy schedules. I'm trying to lose my baby weight or atleast be healthy for our son and myself. What are some good tips to stay healthy? Food included please. I breastfed so I kinda have to eat more than the norm.
