Husband makes good money but won’t let me work part time

This is really more a vent than anything, but I am wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation. My husband makes good money-180k a year. This is after a lot of hard work and promotions, about 2 years ago he was at 130k. I made 50k which is so much less but we were doing well. Unfortunately, my company closed when I was 7 months pregnant with our second. My baby is now 3 months and I found a part time job. I would be working twice during the week 8-3 and every other Saturday 8-2. I would be taking a big pay cut tho and only bring in 30k a year. My argument is tho, we will be eliminating 3 days of daycare, which is a lot for 2 kids! Plus at my old job I was working long hours, getting home so late, doing daycare pick up and drop off, making dinner, doing everything by myself, because he works so much! My husband wants me to go back full time, even tho half my check is going to daycare. I am just so frustrated at this point, he is saying he doesn’t want to financial burden on himself, well then I don’t want the childcare, housework, doing everything for the kids burden on myself either. Another thing is, we were fine 2 years ago when he was making $130 a year so I feel like we would be fine now!
