Does anybody have advice?

I have a two and a half year old little girl. Up until recently, she has always been a very easy child to raise. But for the last week, she has been a terror. Constant tempor tantrums. Constantly kicking and hitting me and everyone else in the house. I can't seem to reason with her. I've tried everything from just hugging her to putting her in her room to cool down for a while and nothing seems to work. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like crying because I feel just beside myself and like theres nothing I can do to make her happy. Does anybody have any advice about what to do?
