Boyfriend on tinder?

So I wasn’t even trying to snoop on his phone (not that I ever would because I trusted him) anyways I opened up his text messages and I saw a text from yesterday for a conformation code for tinder. I saw that closed the phone and kinda just laid there quiet for the rest of the night :( he was snuggling me and telling me how much I mean to him blah blah blah, he does this frequently here and there. But coincidence that he did it right after I found out? I never confronted him. I was just at a loss for words. Do you think he knows I saw it or he’s paranoid? I’ve never really acted distant with him before until tonight. I’m just so beyond heartbroken.
