FIRST Ultrasound on Wednesday! ?

Question

I'm so excited to get my first ultrasound on Wednesday! I'll be 10w2d. What should I expect to see on a 10 week scan? Will my baby look like an actual baby just with a bigger head (lol)? With my first, I had my first scan at 13w3d. Thank you ?

I had my first at 8w 3d I could see head body little arms and legs (they are tiny and nub like but you could tell what they were!) it's wasn't just a barley there bean! Good luck all!

Had my 10w3d Ultrasound today...looks good!  Baby is measuring big at 11w4d, but dr says she's not changing my due date since it's not a significant difference.  Heart rate was 165bpm and my husband got to hear it and see the developed heart pumping.  Baby looks like a baby alien, with a really big head.  Seems to be on track!

​Now just waiting for the NIPT to
come back next week w clean generic screen and gender and then we'll announce to friends and family.

My first real scan is tomorrow, I'll also be 10w3d.  For some reason, I'm just worried it's like already dead or something.  My friends and I have had so much bad luck making babies, I think you have to hope for the best but brace for the worst when you're on the old side of the age scale.  Wish me luck!
