Cannot sleep comfortable!
I honestly don’t know what to do. I’m 21 weeks and I just can’t find a comfortable sleeping position. I currently use one memory foam pillow that I put between my knees and flip if I change sides at night, which I do often. Every morning when I wake up my stomach feels extremely tight and in some discomfort and I don’t know if it’s from lifting my blankets and flipping the memory foam pillow? Obviously it’s not really heavy, but I do struggle a bit at night. Would a pregnancy pillow work? Maybe more pillows?
