Church ! Advice please

For those who go to church? At how many months did you started taking your baby and do you leave them at the nursery? My girl is 9 months and I have not returned to church due to my anxiety but my husband wants to go today! I’m so nervous being around people 😳and touching my girls 😣😣😣😣

I know I post a lot in here but I need support! 😔
