Can I have two lattes a day?

10 weeks pregnant and wondering if I can have two lattes with one shot of espresso each

1 shot of espresso is approximately 77mg of caffeine. 2 a day would put you at 154mg of the recommended 200mg. So yes you could but you would need to be conscious of any other caffeine intake for the day: tea, soda, chocolate,  ect.
