Does anyone else struggle with hormonal acne????
Since I was 11 years old I’ve had acne, it’s always been cystic and pretty bad, I’m nearly 21 now and I still have it so bad, my doctor said it would be hormonal acne because my hormones are imbalanced, what has everyone done with hormonal acne that made it clear up? Any diets or foods you’ve cut out?
