Ugh why is it so hard to just workout!

So I took my pre workout about 45 mins ago but instead of working out I got hungry and made myself some pasta and instead of just having a small bowl I ate an entire bowl until my tummy hurt. Now I feel like crap and I regret not doing my workout. The rest of my day is pretty busy so my window to workout has passed. Ugh why do I always do this. I complain about not being able to lose weight yet I’m the only one to blame for that 😩.

Anyone else struggle like me?
