I am terrified

So I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with my body. Like I want to know but I am terrified to know. My period has been gone a couple days now and I will soon be ovulating. However strangely since my period has been finished I am still getting lower back pain that I feel in my pelvic region. I’ve been taking pain killers to help with the pain but I can’t tell what’s causing this pain. I need to visit a gyno but I just need to wait till I have the money to do a check up but I’m worried. I thought the pain was endometriosis related but then ofc if you use google it will give you all kind of answers. I read from ovarian cyst to ovarian cancer the works. Ladies does this sound familiar to anyone ? My mind is not at ease rn.
