Is it worth taking a pregnancy test or should I just wait?

So, I have a beautiful 10 month old. I took non hormonal birth control pills ever since I had my 6 week pp check up. Well, me being a mom and I always seem to sometimes skip one or two mabey more idk.. well, the thing is I visited her father on sep- Jan and we dont have sex often since am always too tired to have it. We only had sex on September, November and December only 4 times (dont judge me am excessively breastfeeding so I dont get sleep). We go unprotected at first then he wears a condom to finish it off. This january I completely stop taking my pills because my boyfriend is deploying and I came back to live with my parents for abit. I haven't had a period since the new years. So almost 2 months. I been having a period I believe but, is it my body regulating itself?
